Installation

Engine room to ECR. One cable run.

LOTUS BEACON installs inline on the machinery oil circuit with a simple hydraulic connection. Data flows to ASTER software in the ECR for trends, alarms, reports, and cloud analytics.

Sensor in Engine Room

Installed on machinery with a hydraulic connection (high & low pressure tapping port). Compact, robust sensor mounts directly on the oil circuit.

Junction Box

Placed near machinery. Connects to power source and Beacon sensor. Provides basic data view on integrated display for engine room checks.

Ethernet cable from ER to ECR. ASTER software delivers data trends, configurable alarms, reports, analytics, and cloud transmission.
